Can I return my wig?
Yes, provided the wig is unworn, unaltered and returned in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, the lace must not have been cut and the wig must not have been worn or customised.
Where do you source your hair?
We work with carefully selected factories in Vietnam and personally inspect the quality of the hair before it becomes part of the House of Faith collection.
Are your wigs made from 100% human hair?
Yes. Every House of Faith Hair wig is made from premium 100% human hair, selected for its softness, durability and natural movement.
Do you hold your wigs in the UK?
Yes. Our stocked collection is held in the UK, allowing us to provide fast dispatch without the long overseas delivery times often associated with luxury wigs.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
In-stock wigs are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery information will be provided when your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Delivery times and charges will vary depending on the destination.
How long will my wig last?
The lifespan of your wig depends on the type of hair, how often it is worn and how it is cared for.
Our Single Donor Natural Straight and Natural Wave wigs undergo less processing and, with careful care, can last 5 years or more.
Our Premium Virgin Hair is chosen for styles where we want stronger, longer-lasting curls and bounce. Because it undergoes additional processing to create and set the curl pattern, its lifespan is typically around 3–5 years with the correct care.
How should I care for my wig?
Treat your wig as you would high-quality natural hair. Wash gently using suitable products, minimise excessive heat and store it carefully when it is not being worn.
When brushing, support the hair and work gently from the ends upwards. This helps reduce unnecessary tension, tangling and shedding and can significantly improve the lifespan of your wig.
For bouncy, wavy or curled styles, we recommend using a wide-tooth comb rather than a standard brush to help preserve the curl pattern.
Should I expect my new wig to shed?
A small amount of initial shedding can be normal, particularly with curled Virgin Hair.
The heat and steam processing used to create and set the curl pattern can leave a few loose hairs in the wig, so you may notice some shedding during the first 2–3 brushes. This should reduce significantly once those initial loose hairs have been removed.
If shedding continues heavily after the first few brushes, that would not be something we would consider normal.
What is HD Lace?
HD Lace is an ultra-fine lace designed to blend seamlessly with your skin, creating an exceptionally natural-looking hairline.
What is the difference between HD Lace and Transparent Lace?
HD Lace is finer and blends more naturally with a wider range of skin tones, creating an almost invisible hairline.
How do I choose the right wig?
Every product includes information on style, lace type, density and length. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll happily recommend the best option for you.
Do you offer glueless wigs?
Yes. Selected House of Faith Hair wigs are designed to be worn glueless, giving you a secure and natural-looking fit without the need for adhesive.
Can I style my wig?
Yes. Our human-hair wigs can be styled using heat tools just like your own hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to help preserve the quality of the hair.
Can I colour my wig?
Our human-hair wigs can generally be coloured. However, because colouring can affect the condition and longevity of the hair, we recommend having this done by an experienced professional.
